The resort is a polaris world resort called condado de alhama, it's a large complex of apartments, villas and penthouse apartments which surround an 18 hole jack nicklaus golf coarse.
Our apartment is on garden no 7 on the "los naranjos" part of the development. The whole thing is about 1.5 hours south of alicante and about 45 mins south of murcia.
The nearest beach is at Marrazon which is 15 minutes away. The apartment is a 2 bed first floor type which has a roof terrace the same size as the apartment itself which will be great in the sun.
We are looking to put air conditioning in before the summer heat kicks in. As you would expect the place is equipped with LCD TV, DVD, Hifi,Washer drier, fridge, oven, hob, hood, microwave, kettle toaster and iron.
All bed linen and towels are provided and will be managed by our maintenance company on the resort who will also do all the post and pre cleaning and the key handovers at €40 per stay.
